Thuy’s Radio Shows
In the past, Thuy was a radio producer on KPFA’s FM 94.1 About Health radio program, where she made monthly shows. In these shows, Thuy and her guests told stories that dove into the depths of health & healing wisdom, simplifying complicated health topics and making them accessible to all.
Though Thuy no longer produces shows for KPFA, she continues to produce monthly shows which now publish to a worldwide audience on her podcast, You Are Medicine! As such, we have since converted all previously produced radio shows into podcast episodes. Listeners are still able to stream and download the originally aired radio show versions below.

Take a journey along with Thuy and Juliana as they connect the dots to uncover deep unresolved issues that influence patterns of stuckness and stagnation stemming from childhood sexual abuse and patterns of unworthiness.
