Come play, create, and explore through writing. Writing can help us know and understand ourselves better. Writing offers insight, expression and catharsis, clearing stagnation in the mind and body, creating space for our fullest self-expression which can liberate the human spirit.
In this workshop, Jenna will provide prompts from images, quotes, random objects to spark the creative flame in each person. We will write together with the option of sharing, or not, and create a space where anyone - scribbler, dabbler, journal-writer, poet or novelist - can be supported & inspired.
Cost: $35
